Why do you work in real estate? I wanted the flexibility of the schedule allowing me to spend time with my family, and I enjoy the variation of day-to-day activities - it's always a new adventure!

What is the most rewarding part of your job? I truly love meeting new people and learning from them, and to help them achieve their dream of home ownership.

What is the most difficult? The inconsistency that this job brings.

What is the most important thing you've learned about real estate? Every transaction is unique, and you can't think that you know it all because there's always something new that comes up!
